I have been a happy PhonePower customer for many years. Yet 2 years ago the caller ID Name stopped working. A very useful feature. A dozen calLs always got the same response: working on the problem, no forecast for resolution. NEVER FIXED. 2 months ago the speed dial add/delete function would in error delete all speed dials. STILL NO FIX. And the website is SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. SUMMATION: they aren't investing in support/upgrades. They don't care. Probably think VOIP phones are going away -- due to ubiquitous use of cell phones. -- and they want to maximize profits by not paying for support functions other that a call center person.
I've been a customer of PhonePower for about six years, and have never had a single problem with call quality. At one point, I was getting a lot of anonymous calls, so I went to the website and blocked them. No problem after that. PhonePower is the best thing happen to VOIP, in my experience.
Axvoice is an excellent VoIP service that is simple to set up. It supports conference calls, has emergency services built in, and even offers free equipment and activation to new users. Other VoIP services lack these features and charge additional fees for upgrades. This is not the case with Axvoice, making it an excellent choice for those on a tight budget.
Axvoice has been a great choice as I wanted a cheap and reliable VoIP service. I had heard great things about Axvoice but was unsure as the service might not be operational in my area. But once they started offering the service in my area I instantly bought a subscription plan. The installation was quick and easy and the connection had clear voice quality.
